I am a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care. I did my Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Christian Medical College in 2019 and later completed a Diploma inHealthcare from London in 2022. I have experience working with patients across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, pediatric, sports, and aquatic rehabilitation settings. My clinical expertise includes the assessment and treatment of neck and back pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, joint and muscle conditions, spinal dysfunctions, balance and mobility impairments, and acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. I am particularly passionate about treating msk conditions and helping patients restore movement, reduce pain and regain confidence in their everyday lives. My treatment approach integrates evidence-based techniques, including Maitland Mobilization, Mulligan Concept, the McKenzie Method (Certified), PNF, therapeutic taping, manual therapy, and individualized exercise prescription. I believe that exceptional rehabilitation begins with understanding each patient’s unique goals. By combining clinical expertise with a compassionate and collaborative approach I focus on identifying the root cause of dysfunction, promoting long-term.
